Markeim Chalmers is pleased to welcome its 2017 summer interns – Drew Meklinsky and Aaron Silverberg – both who are graduates of Cherry Hill High School East. Drew just completed his 1st year at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business where he is majoring in Business Administration with an interest in Finance and Marketing. Aaron has returned for the summer having finished freshman year at Penn State University. With interests that include marketing, advertising, real estate and fashion, he is pursuing a major in Communications Arts and Science and minor in Business.

The new 4,971 SF state-of-the-art facility is located within the Shoppes at Cinnaminson at 95 Route 130 in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The site, which starts seeing patients on May 15, 2017, brings both new jobs and improved healthcare options to the South Jersey area. Markeim Chalmers negotiated a long term lease for The Rothman Institute to occupy 20,000 SF of the new 40,000 SF medical office building at Washington Township Town Center in Washington Township, New Jersey. Scott Martin, Senior Vice President, exclusively represented both The Rothman Institute (the tenant) and The Atkins Companies (the developer) in finalizing the deal. Located between Virtua Wellness Center and Kennedy Hospital, the 2-story state-of-the-art building anchored by The Rothman Institute will be delivered by January 2018.
