David Necky began appraising real estate in 1991 and received his license from the Board of Real Estate Appraisers of the State of New Jersey as a Certified General Appraiser in 1993. Within his broad area of specialization, he works primarily with financial institutions, attorneys, accountants, county government and local municipalities.

Over the years, David has been an expert witness, testifying before State, County, Municipal and Arbitration Boards on subjects involving condemnation, eminent domain and tax appeals.
